Involved in Vendor Management.
Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing
best talent to the company within set timelines.
Handling End-End Recruiting activities.
Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR.
Follow ups with candidates.
Interviewing candidates at different vendor locations in
Delhi / NCR.
Coordination with stakeholders for the necessary rounds.
Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their
joining and so on.
