Requirement understanding & data gathering for
drafting of all processes
Document processes in standard format by using tools like
MS-Visio, Powerpoint
Deliver designed processes within defined time frame by
using Master Construction Plan (MCP) of VW AG
Complete day to day assigned tasks and issues
Document tasks and related processes in Files & VW
Std. tools
Develop technical knowledge and expertise for the
assigned job profile by understanding the core business functions
Working based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Identify and report risks related to Process signoff
& completion
Update signed off processes on Intranet
Review of Processes & reporting to CoV area owner
& subsequently to CIO
