troubleshooting experience.

Prior
experience of Voice based technical support.
Excellent
written as well as verbal communication skills.
Fairly
conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz: Routing Protocols, TCP/ IP and
IRQs, Basic operating systems related to networking.
Candidate
should be excellent with English communication skills (written/ verbal) and
soft skills.
Candidate
should be at least graduate with technical bent of mind.
