short-listing of resources as per the needs of the Clients.
Analyzing the requirement for
different clients in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Departments
Searching for profiles as per
the client requirements from various sources.
Screening the candidates with
a short telephonic/personal interview.
To conduct telephone screening
interviews as appropriate
Organizing the evaluation of
the candidates shortlisted.
Collecting feedback about the
resources, in a structured form, from respective superiors and customers
Deploying the candidates
selected in the final interview
Follow-ups till the
requirement is fulfilled i.e. the requirements gets closed within the time
period with a right fit
