EXPERIENCE: 0 – 2 Years

MANDATORY:

Calling customers who fall in the X, 0-30 buckets for all loan products (TW, 3Wheeler, Car, Loyalty etc)

Speaking to the customers and convincing them to pay their dues and ensure they do not move in the next bucket

Customer base allocated will be anywhere PAN India, the telecaller will be located at Mahape and will make calls to the allocated region

Skills :

Only Graduates.

Should have good communication skills

Preferably 6 months to 2 years experienced in Collections Call Center Department
