MANDATORY:
The associate would be required to work in a Day shift, Sunday
fixed off and alternate Saturday working.
The associate would be required to make outbound voice calls to
companies and talk to the professionals about their business needs and
initiatives. Primary job role is Lead Generation.
Good Communication skills in English and Hindi.
Minimum Qualification: HSC with Experience and Graduate fresher
can apply.
Should have basic computer knowledge and minimum typing speed of
30 WPM.
Sales experience will be an added advantage.
Outbound calls to companies and talk to professionals about their
business needs and initiatives.
Appointment setting/ tele-prospecting to identify which companies
would be a fit to sell our services and capabilities.
Identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company
(usually a director, VP or even C-Level) by speaking with multiple company
representatives.
Identify, initiate and nurture relationships, both over the phone
and via e-mail.
Initiate a conversation with the decision maker to introduce our
products & services.
Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections.
After each contact that they make with the company, document the
result of each call, update the database and type clear and concise notes
Shift timing: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Salary range: 11K to 15K monthly net take home (based on the prior
relevant experience)
