Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (9X, NT, 2000, XP)
Microsoft Office
Network Connectivity
Print Services
E-Mail and Internet mail
Familiar with Lotus Notes and MS Outlook email clients.
2. Excellent communication skills, with neutral accent.
Responsible in solving Network related issues to Clients either through call or Telephonic.
Candidates will be dealing with Us and Uk clients.
Month – on – Month bases, the shift timings will change according to the clients they are dealing with.
3. Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.
